I'd like to offer you all a big welcome back after the lovely summer break. I hope you and your families had a great holiday. It was so nice to see traditional exam results days happening in August. To see students excitedly getting the results of their hard work, getting ready to go to university, was an absolute privilege, and it felt like the days of pandemic were mostly behind us. The exam results were once more extremely positive, but I would particularly highlight how well our Sixth Form students performed. Their results were fabulous and a real credit to Ms Porter and her team.

September has started really well, we have a lovely cohort of Year 7 students, many of who also attended our summer school. To see them all in the hall on the first day of term, carefully dropped off by parents was such a positive start to the year. We continue to be over-subscribed, and once have taken an extra form group in Year 7 to assist the Local Authority with admissions.
