Believe | Strive | Achieve

Believe - We believe that all young people should have the opportunity to realise their dreams. Our job is to ignite a passion in them for learning and for their futures. We fuel this with a wide range of classroom and extracurricular opportunities; finding something for them to be passionate about and to thrive.

Strive - Success doesn’t come easy; it comes with hard work. We need our young people to understand this but also to know that we will be there alongside them to inspire them, support them, and pick them up when they need it - or when they fail.  

Achieve - In order for our young people to achieve their dreams, we ensure that they will gain a range of qualifications which will open doors for them. We want our young people to become successful contributing citizens who have healthy social interactions, who lead and positively inspire the next generation.

Leaders challenge pupils to 'believe, strive, achieve'. This vision is making a difference to how pupils approach their learning. The 'Westfield Way' rules for learning lay out leaders' high expectations. Pupils want to learn and their behaviour is good.
